Carl Jung
I believe the most important part of therapy is to feel safe, understood, and supported which is why I strive to create a comfortable, warm, and accepting environment for my clients. There is great power in being listened to without criticism, and I believe that through the creation of a non-judgmental space that is just challenging enough, beautiful and lasting changes can occur. I know it can be difficult to look inward and to the past to uncover truths and patterns. But in the right setting and with the right therapist to gently guide you and to hold space for you on your journey, it is entirely possible for you to find relief from whatever you're experiencing.
It's my goal to provide clients with information, perspectives, and skills that will help with processing and releasing the old so we can bring in the new. To do this, I mostly utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotional Freedom Technique/ Tapping (EFT), and other holistic psychology techniques.
Some additional information on my background:

I am also a Reiki Practitioner and I provide one-on-one energy healing sessions. Reiki can be a great complement to therapy sessions, but you do not have to be in therapy to schedule a Reiki session.
