If you would like to be self-pay, your therapist can provide you with a superbill which you can send to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
HSA cards are accepted as a form of payment.
Some reasons people start therapy are: wanting to get to the root of a problem, having issues in relationships, experiencing powerful emotions, feeling anxious or depressed, wanting an objective perspective on an issue, etc. There is no single reason that brings people to therapy, and therapy is usually very helpful for whatever reason it is you're coming for.
Reiki is gentle Japanese energy healing technique that is helpful in treating physical, emotional, and spiritual issues. Reiki is completely harmless and does not involve any physical touch. Reiki is an effective tool for relaxation/stress reduction and for increasing internal positive experiences (peace, clarity, creativity, etc.).
You do not have to be therapy client to schedule a Reiki session.

All sessions after the intake are 5o minutes in duration. These sessions allow you time to discuss whatever may be on your mind with a therapists' support and guidance.
In the beginning of treatment, therapy is typically most effective with weekly sessions. Most clients will taper down as they progress in therapy.
